We are advancing a portfolio of internally invented, wholly owned NLRP3 inhibitor product candidates.

Our lead program, ruvonoflast, has been designed to achieve high levels of tissue and brain penetration and is advancing toward Phase 3 development in cardiovascular disease, with peripheral artery disease as the lead indication.

Our second program, trabzanoflast, has been designed to achieve a new benchmark for brain penetration, and we plan to advance it into Phase 2 development in neuroinflammatory disease.
